Shipping Information

Order Processing

We rev up our engines to process your order within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Options

We offer two shipping methods to get your performance parts to you:

  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx – delivers in 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS – delivers in 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination and customs processing. We ship worldwide, excluding some Asian countries and remote areas.

Returns & Exchanges

Drive with confidence knowing our returns process is as smooth as our steering wheels. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase of our high-performance gear, we’ll make it right.

Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging
  • All tags and protective coverings are intact
  • You include the original packing slip or order confirmation

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Helmets & Accessories (once removed from packaging)
  • Gloves (for hygiene reasons)
  • Electrical components that have been installed or used
  • GReddy Gauges and Défi Gauges that show signs of installation

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these pit-stop quick steps:

  1. Contact us within 15 days at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
  2. We’ll email you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions
  3. Securely package the item(s) with all original materials
  4. Include the RAN clearly marked on the outside of the package
  5. Ship the package to our facility at:

    (return shipping is at customer’s expense)

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days
  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  • Follow the same return process above
  • Include a note specifying the replacement item(s) desired
  • We’ll ship your new item once the return is received and processed
  • You’ll be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item (rare, but it happens even with our quality control):

  • Contact us immediately at [email protected]
  • Include photos of the damage or defect
  • We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you
